Vacations Close To Silfurnes Golf Course

The host was warm and friendly went above and beyond to show us our room even though is was after 11pm

Very nice location, everything close and a beautiful place to go.

I loved this hotel. I think it is the best located in Reykjavik -- beautiful views of the ocean, near touristy stuff and the center city. I stumbled upon it at Hotels.com and am SO GLAD I chose it. Their happy hour and events at the top where the view is fantastic -- were really good. Breakfast was good. I strongly recommend...oh, yes. And a good value. Heartily recommend... Signed a VERY experienced travelor.

This was a fine hotel and we enjoyed our stay, but the access was confusing. We arrived late and went to the hotel. They said to use the lockbox to get the key to enter since there was no one there. No problem, right? Well, when we entered the code and opened the box, there was no key in there!! We freaked out because it was 1am and the town was deserted. After nearly having a panic attack, we realized the door was open! Hahaha. A sign stating as much would have been nice. But once we were in, we got our key and went to our room. No problem. The free breakfast the next day was awesome! Overall, thumbs up for Hotel Jazz.

Location is right in the center of things. It has class to it. Nice rooms
