Perfect location in the heart of down-town Reykjavik. Full, but tiny, kitchen and a great breakfast delivered to your door every day. Even only two blocks from the Airport Flybus pickup for convenience to getting to and from the airport. Staff were very nice and accommodating - free luggage storage if you have to wait for check-in or check out before you're ready for your flight.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was huge and very comfortable. We paid for breakfast and there was a wide variety of things to eat and everyone in my family had a nice breakfast to start our day. We used the laundry service and it was speedy and worth the money. If we are ever staying in the area we would come back here.

Great little hotel, with lovely staff, who gave us our room, shortly after noon, even though check in at 4 pm, and even brought all our luggage into our room. The breakfast was fine for a small place.

This is a pretty no frills property. Small rooms. We chose it because it was most affordable in area, but it was still as expensive as a 4-5 star in the U.S. Unstaffed so they send email with room code which someone in our party didnt get. No individual room temperature control and room was hot so had to sleep with windows open and all night street noise. What little food they had was way overpriced ($35 USD for soup and bread). Not enough parking for guests.

Convenient location. Staff were very helpful with recommendations and they did have toothpaste and toothbrushes available (my son forgot his) at the front desk.

Self check in was easy. Digital information marquee on the stairs helpful. Location was great. Views from balcony lovely. We found parking right outside the door. Would definitely recommend.
