“Love the spacious of the home and security so friendly and kept us feel safe all the time. I have no hesitation returning to this property again in the future.”

“The property was beautiful, as were the people. I had no issues or complaints about the property or people. The reason for only 3 stars is location. The beach is nearby, but not a beach you can actually enjoy. This property is on the outskirts of the coral coast, and is in a silty bay. There are no amenities, in or around the beach. You will need to travel a few miles down the road.”

“niece resort on the Pacific (separated from the beach on y by a small local road with no traffic). Onsite restaurant is good for dinner and lunch (indian/Thai) Breakfast is okay but not great. Toast, fruits, cereal, eggs and sausages) we very much appreciated the flexible check out policies that allowed us to stay longer before catching our evening flight out of Nadi”

“El staff fue terrible y lo que le sigue. Tardaron demasiado en darnos una habitación y cuando la dieron, no fue la que yo reservé. Evidentemente fui al cambio y sin contestar ni nada me dieron una nueva tarjeta con una nueva habitación. La habitación estaba dos pisos arriba y NADIE me ayudó a subir las dos maletas de 25 kgs cada una a pesar de que había gente ahí viendo como apenas podía cargar tan si quiera una maleta.”

“Este sitio es una plantacion de coco delante del mar, es precioso toda la vida abundante que hay. Los trabajadores del resort son muy amables y divertidos, se esfuerzan para que todi el mundo estan cuidados y como en casa. “Beautiful property on the beach with lush gardens, lovely pool and accommodation dotted around the gardens. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can swim and snorkel straight from the beach at high tide and there is an activities base in the hotel for kayaking, snorkelling, surfing and fishing trips. “We (parents and two kids) stayed there for four nights in August 2026. We got there from Nadi by taxi. We received a three bedroom apartment with a master bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen equipped with absolutely everything one needs. Everything in the apartment is brand new and of excellent quality. They also have a nice , not too big pool, but for the kids it was a super attraction. “We were not aware of the extreme extra costs when we booked and that happened several times while in Fiji, speaking to other travelers they said the same. We spent nearly $700 USD for our 4 day stay and when we arrived so many extra charges at 11pm charges in American came to $900 USD. “We loved our stay at Kaila Na Ua resort. Our hosts Warren and Roz were more than helpful and a wealth of knowledge on the area. It might not be as flash as the resort up the road but the views, peace and quiet and the constant rolling waves on the reef made it so much better. Recommended 👍”
