“Hotel is still under finishing. Painting material and furniture empty packings are thrown everywhere. No maintainace staff . If your AC broken out, you can change the room or you have to stay in if no availability . Fresh staff with no training or experience . Even the manager do not understand the booking online or hospitality. I forced to leave my room after checking in .My room with advertised as sea view however I was offered other room as the available one.”

“Overall, we had a good stay at Ghazala. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, with a protected cove that breaks the waves and makes swimming very pleasant. The property is clean, the weather was beautiful, and most of the staff were very kind and hardworking. We were happy to tip the staff, although experiences varied—some were very gracious and modest about it, while a few approached us quite directly expecting a tip, which could feel uncomfortable. The food was average, about 5/10 for us....

“Our stay was very disappointing due to booking and dining issues. We specifically booked and paid for full board, but the hotel only provided half board. To make matters worse, the main restaurant was constantly overcrowded throughout our stay, forcing us to endure unreasonably long wait times just to get a table.”
