Toilet seats were not cleaned, dustbins not epmtied, linen not changed after used by previous guest. I found each and every corner of the room uncleaned. In fact hotel reception rugs were not cleaned from ages. To the owners- What is the point of running a hotel business if you cant manage it and provide value for money? This is disgusting and it...
