“Todo muy cómodo”

“Stayed at The Yorkshire for 2 nights, nice clean room and bed was comfy. Good choice at breakfast and staff very helpful. Great location to explore Harrogate and if you want to eat at the Pickled Sprout would suggest making a reservation as it gets very busy. Parking is restricted at the Hotel, first come first served, but we parked at the Multi-Story on Tower Street (£9 for 24 hours).”

“Escogí a este hotel por el diseño y la cercanía a York. Se tarde 30 minutos en tren desde Harrogate (1 hora en coche !). El hotel es una joya, elegante, muy limpio, con baños muy modernos y unos desayunos espectaculares. Esta muy cuidado y se muestra el buen gusto de los dueños. En cuanto a Harrogate, es menos conocido pero merece la pena la visita, especialmente por los parques, tiendas, los baños turcos y Betty's Tearoom, donde se puede disfrutar del mejor afternoon tea!”

“We stayed at this hotel for one night. The room itself was spacious but very worn. The chairs were falling apart and the carpet was very stained. The biggest issue was that the shower drain was blocked and would not drain. This made the shower unusable. The hotel would not move us to another room as they claimed to be fully booked. They also would not send maintenance to the room until the next day. This meant that we could not have a shower in our room.”

“The Old Swan is a beautiful old world hotel from the bygone days when they knew how to do it. Staff were well presented and helpful. The bar extremely comfortable. The room clean and warm. It's close to the centre of Harrogate, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars, though the food in the hotel is excellent. Plenty of parking. It's always an enjoyable stay, which is why I return again and again.”

“The staff was really nice and always willing to help. The hotel was antique and some stances could be refurbished although it also has the beauty of that age. ”
