Moteles en Shrivenham

“I’d booked and paid for a room via Expedia. When I arrived I was told that I would not be staying there as they were fully booked and they had no rooms available. They claimed that there had been a change of ownership/management the week before and even though I myself had only booked two days before my arrival they denied any knowledge of my booking. I was left trying to find an alternative place to stay at 7pm on a Saturday night. Beware of pre booking if this is how they now treat guests....

“Friendly and welcoming staff, thoughtful touches and a lovely location with great walks and lots to explore”

“Ca 10-15 min taxi ride from the Swindon Railway Station; can be reached via bus. Clean, spacious, and well-maintained room; electronic kettle and teabags/instant coffee very helpful. Very friendly and capable staff; quick check-in. Hotel lobby tastefully decorated.”

“Such a gorgeous stay, we ended up wishing we had stayed sone extra nights in there. Amazing vibes and extremely friendly staff!! 100/10”

“Beautiful grounds and garden. Helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed, tasty breakfast. Only complaint, the front entrance is locked a little early for a Saturday evening, took 2 calls to get the entrance opened. But would recommend.”

“Enjoyable stay. Had everything we needed”

“Ascensor estropeado y nos daban 4° y 6° planta. Finalmente nos dieron una 2° planta para las dos habitaciones pero una de las personas embarazada y otra con problemas de rodillas no es lo más adecuado. Recepcionista poco resolutiva. ”

“Great value for money, clean facilities and friendly staff. Had a good nights sleep.”

“Nos dieron la habitacion en la zona anexa al pub, tranquila y comodas. Pueblo bonito al lado del Thames”

“Nice hotel, was aged in places, nice staff. Good use of facilities”

“We really enjoyed our brief stay.Such charming staff. My only question would be,please keep fresh milk in the room fridge, for tea in the morning. We would like to come back to stay in one of the thank4 bed lodges, overlooking the lake, next time.”

“Great pub with fab food. Lovely accommodation block with nice size rooms and facilities. Only down side for us would be beds are very hard, otherwise enjoyed our stay.”

“Very quaint pub in a quiet village - but full of life and character, obviously popular with locals and visitors alike. The staff were super friendly. Food was great. Our room was unique and full of old pub charm including sloping floors, but it was super clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was well appointed.”

“We just spent the night there, coming back from a wedding celebration. So didn’t really check the place out much. But I’d definitely recommend the full English veggie b’fast & fresh coffee: very tasty! 🙂”
