“Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . Felt the detail of cleaning could of been better ( big cobweb under window and handbasin cracked and behind the taps could of done with a clean ) The setting and surroundings really make this hotel a good find .Breakfast served by...

“Awful ! Derelict property in need of total revamp. No bar no restaurants no amenities to speak of! Grudgingly stayed one night cancelled the rest of my stay and moved elsewhere. Avoid!”

“We had a really good stay. Only a flying visit to meet friends. The apartment was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with around a 10-minute walk into the main town, making it really convenient for exploring Worcester. We also parked in the pub car park next door, which was really handy, and enjoyed having a drink and some food there too. The car reg thing wasn’t working and we did check this with the pub staff. “Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery! The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden.”

“Lovely lodges, well maintained and nice hot tub Only disadvantage is not being able to keep the car at the lodge as my friend has poor mobility. We had been promised the lodge closest to the restaurant building, but we weren't put in there unfortunately”

“Food great. Staff very obliging. Quiet hotel. This is a dog hotel but we didn’t experience any noise. Room 24 was for dogs.”
