“The hotel staff at the reception were very helpful and so welcoming. However there was one member of staff in the laundry room who came across like she couldn’t be bothered helping when I asked her for a clean towel for the swimming pool area because the one she pointed me towards smelt really damp so I wanted a clean one and she just ignored me so I helped myself. “Very nice converted country house. No lifts. Staff very amenable. Good breakfast and simple good food in restaurant. Room was clean and well appointed, could do with a fridge, shower was excellent. Hotel can get noisy at weekends if and when they have weddings and parties.”
