“Guys we are in the middle of a heat wave I said it’s appresive in the room came back after work the next day still no fan in the room Don’t stay here if there is a heat warning - also didn’t help having the maintenance team scrapping banging under my room after the first night. Would I stay again - yes if there’s air con - staff have been very good.”

“The location was excellent for our visit to Breighton 1940s weekend, only 12 minutes away. The cottage was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good quality and presented well. Only problem was the wine on the second night was not very nice but the waitress changed it for us without question and this is something that can happen so not a big problem and did not spoil the weekend. Great that you can park outside the cottage safely.”

“The double room was clean & fresh but the 'standard' size double bed does not compare well with the more usual 'queen' size provided in hotels in this price range. It is well located in the centre of Beverley, across the road from the stunning architecture of St. Mary’s Church and 10 minutes walk to the magnificent Minster. “Great stay great staff look forward to staying again”

“Stayed here for one night on my way down from Edinburgh to London. The hotel is pet friendly. There is £15 charge, not sure if it’s per night or once time charge. The view from the bar is nice. HOWEVER, the lower level rooms (twin rooms) smells terrible. It smells damp. I had to ask to be moved to another room. Even the “upgrade” standard double room smelled damp. I left the windows open and sat outside for a bit then it was better. On google it says it’s a 4star hotel, I don’t think so. The...
