“Nice large room, everything you need and very close to station, shops and resturants”

“We were there for a conference weekend. The outside of the building didn't look very welcoming, due to the black bricks, but once inside, it was lovely, welcoming and warm, the staff were attentive and nothing was too small for them. The rooms, the food everything was perfect.”

Teníamos acceso al GYM y al SPA (piscina y saunas) debido al tipo de reserva, pero el acceso NO se incluye en todas las reservas. La piscina es "familiar", no se trata de una piscina para nadar, aunque se puede nadar si se quiere. Las saunas están en el mismo espacio y algún jacuzzi también. “This hotel is a very good choice if you are looking for a place with all the facilities. The gym , swimming pool , restaurant and your Starbucks in the morning morning is all you need .”

“ The hotel needs a complete refurb. The room allocated to us was of poor quality and standard. There was no wardrobe hanging space for ladies dresses and no drawers for storing other clothes. The plug was missing from the bath and the taps were dripping in the bathroom sink. The positive was that the staff were attentive and helpful and the food (breakfast) was excellent. We would not stay here again.”
