Nice hotel, room very basic but clean central for everything & for the price you can’t go wrong

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

From the moment we arrived, our experience was exceptional. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The amenities were outstanding—from the pool and fitness center to the thoughtfully designed common areas, everything exceeded our expectations. What truly made this stay memorable was the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service made us feel valued throughout our visit. The location couldn’t have been better. It was conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore without spending a lot of time traveling. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place with fantastic amenities, outstanding customer service, and a perfect location, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Room was clean with minimal amenities. One bar soap and a little tube of lotion. Towels are very thin and it doesn't seem like there is a differ nice between the floor towel and the hand towel. Lined up at 1:30pm to check-in. Waited for one hour in line because we wanted to ask for connections rooms. Was told early check in fee will be $30USD. But check-ins without fee is in 30 mins. Returned at 3pm and the line up was double the original queue with only 3 staff working. Ended up checking in through self-serve. Self serve was much more smoother and we did not have any interactions with any other staff. Elevator was filthy throughout stay and one of the elevator floor was sticky.

Great property

The hotel is in a great location and right across the road from the beach. The hotel provides complimentary beach chairs and towels so it made it very easy to have a fun day at the beach. The rooms seem to be recently updated and were very clean and spacious. All the hotel staff were so nice and helpful. The rooftop pool was nice but a bit shallow and the deepest section is only 4ft. It’s a great pool for relaxing but don’t expect to be swimming. There was a good variety of food at the complimentary continental breakfast, including eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, fruit and breads. Great hotel and would stay there again!

We had a great time and it was the perfect location for our time in New York.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Made my stay easy and comfortable.
