“Central AC of the rooms was turned off, so my room was 27 degrees celsius. After going to front desk to ask to be switched on, I was offered a fan. Not what we would expect from a Sheraton Resort experience... After a complaint to corporate guest services, I had my room changed to one that had individual AC. “The WiFi was nonexistent except in the lobby right next to the desk. The hotel was pretty but the location is so out of the way. There is construction going on all around it. These conditions were less than ideal for a foreigner visiting for the first time. I ended up checking out on the same day and finding a hotel in the city. ”
