Vacations Close To Shadowland Pavilion

it was a clean room. however 2 things needs a little improvement. 1 ) the air conditioning was not cold enough we put the temperature down to 65 degrees and the room was not cold enough and 2ndly in the near future will you be installing a microwave in each room? staff, the parking, clean room and casino was excellent . other than the 2 items mentioned overall the hotel is very nice.

Hotel was clean and rooms were daily maintained. Also, Love how the hotel has a rooftop, and staff was always close by for anything you need. Definitely recommended 10/10

The room was small, but fine. The bed was comfortable. The TV was too big so it covered the thermostat control panel, and the remote Guide button didn’t work. Also, the water pressure in the shower was super weak… glad I didn’t need to wash my hair. But location, general vibe, and staff were great.

Great place to stay for a night after exploring all day. I was able to see the city right from the window. Recommend this place for sure

Clean room, friendly staff, great location. My only issue was the bathroom door did not close all the way and the shared wall between the shower and the room had a privacy screen but you can still see everything.

Had a fantastic leisure stay here — comfortable rooms, a great location for exploring the city, and genuinely friendly, helpful staff. The amenities were a nice bonus too. Everything about the experience felt easy and well done. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Chicago!

Property was cleaned during my stay, very close to places I was visiting- very walkable if you’re into walking & I don’t mind so- had a corner room so I had ocean view.. had such a pleasant stay and will definitely be back.
