Vacations Close To Seville Great House

Where do I start? Upon checking in, my friend and I could tell this resort is for young adults, between 20-30. We are NOT in that category so we IMMEDIATELY wanted to upgrade to the RIU Palace next door. This is BEFORE we checked in. We were told they didn’t have any available rooms at this time and we would have to stay here for now. Once we got to our room there was a white stain on our couch that looked like male bodily fluid. Yuck! We changed rooms. The next room had spider webs everywhere, but we were willing to over look that. I asked for an additional blanket and when I open it there was a female panty liner folded into the blanket. Now I know this sounds like TOO MANY THINGS, but I have pictures of each of these things. The property isn’t cleaned well IMO. The food was ok, best food was out by the pool. Pepe’s grill was the best. The front desk staff Paul, Brownwell, and Brittany were very nice and accommodating. But I will NEVER stay at this property again.

The hotel was everything you need for a vacation Daniel at bluemoon made our dining experience one to never forget he was the best server ever so professional and attentive I rate our 5 day 1000 out of 100.

I liked the bowling alley on property idea. The gym was decent, some of the equipment was outdated but they worked. The food was great and if you want authentic Jamaican food go to the Red Snapper restaurant on property.

It’s was nice , we went for my Homegirls birthday but they just need to work on the food

Firstly, every single staff member was pleasant, helpful and truly amazing. This country endured a horrendous hurricane and most of this resort was closed for repair. They recently opened with short staff and those people gave us topnotch attention, smiles jokes and energy. Beds were comfortable, ease of check in and check out. Property is so large you need to be carted to the parking. Drinks weren’t bad , you have a top shelf option, food wasn’t bad but resorts have to cater to EVERYONE so diets etc. but their options were vast. Great stay can’t wait for the family side to open so I can take the kids
