Notre arrivĂ©e matinal c est bien passĂ© ,la personne de contact Ă©tais sur place pour 9h30 !bonne prĂ©sentation de sa pars !il faisait froid le premier jour !puis nous avons constatĂ© que la vaisselle n Ă©tais pas propre nous avons donc laver ceci !certain service de cuisine Ă©tait rouiller et les poĂȘles serait a changer le grille pain est carrĂ©ment hors d usage (il a noircit) il serai judicieux de changer ceci !sinon l Ă©tat gĂ©nĂ©ral Ă©tais correct ,un drap de lits Ă©tais dĂ©jĂ  poussiĂ©reux et avait une couleur bizarre vers le milieu nous avons fais appel au responsable vers 21h qui Ă©tais un peu facher car il avait dĂ©jĂ  bu de l alcool .il nous a quand mĂȘme donner un nouveau drap !les avantage sont le wifi gratuit ,le parking fermĂ© gratuit ,le shop et boulangerie a cĂŽtĂ© tes pratique ,a dispo un lit bĂ©bĂ© gratuit une machine Ă  laver a l intĂ©rieur avec un pendoir ,a proximitĂ© de la plage et du port !une banque a cĂŽtĂ© et un arrĂȘt de bus pas trĂšs loin !le point faible (en tout cas en pĂ©riode d hiver ) c est la propretĂ© et le froid ,car cela n a certainement pas Ă©tĂ© rĂ©chauffĂ©e depuis un petit moment !le responsable sans alcool et plutĂŽt sympa !

Die Möbel im Apartment sind in einem schlechten Zustand,vorallem die Betten sind unzumutbar,Ă€hneln Feldbetten mit Matratzen,die sehr verschlissen sind, man holt sich einen RĂŒckenschaden,an einen erholsamen Schlaf ist nicht zu denken.Es muß nicht immer alles neu sein,aber die Matratzen mĂŒssen einfach nach einigen Jahren erneuert werden.Das Apartment ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Colonia Sant Jordi yllÀtti

Pieni "kylÀ" monine eritasoisine hiekkarantoineen oli mukava yllÀtys turistikohde Santa Ponsan jÀlkeen. Kaikki tarpeellinen oli kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ. Ravintola ja kahvilatarjonta eri tasoisine paikkoineen varsin kattava.YöelÀmÀÀ kaipaavalle ei varmaan olisi sopiva paikka, mutta tÀllÀiselle elÀkelÀiselle aivan riittÀvÀ.Vaikka asuimme aivan keskustassa, ei öisin ollut minkÀÀnlaista meteliÀ kaskaita lukuunottamatta. NythÀn sesonki oli jo loppupuolella, joten muutamia paikkoja oli jo kiinni.Akvaario oli jopa parempi kuin enemmÀn mainostettu ja isompi lÀhellÀ lentokenttÀÀ. Voin suositella rauhallisesta elÀmÀstÀ pitÀville.

Kakerlaken, stinkende BettwĂ€sche, heruntergekommene Bude. Ob vor dem Bezug eine Reinigung stattgefunden hat, muß bezweifelt werden. Alle RĂ€ume extrem ungepflegt. Tote Kakerlake unter der SpĂŒle, lebende Kakerlaken im App. Alles aus Textil (Kissen, BettwĂ€sche, VorhĂ€nge, Sitzkissen....) stank entsetzlich. KĂŒche extrem verschmutzt, so dass wir zunĂ€chst Geschirr und Besteck vor dem ersten Benutzen gespĂŒlt haben. Nach drei Tagen sind wir verĂ€rgert und angeekelt ausgezogen. Nach dem Grund wurden wir wohlweislich nicht gefragt.

Lovely holiday experience

It was a family trip away and we all loved the place! From start to finish, it was such a nice experience. I had contacted the owner beforehand to enquire about transport from the airport and in a matter of few emails the transport was organised and indeed the taxi man was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. He also drove us back to the airport. Finding accommodation that also organised airport transfer was such a massive factor in us deciding where to book so thank you Juan Carlos for helping us out with that! Upon arrival the lovely Maria was there to welcome us and give us the keys. The apartment was very spacious and the living room + balcony were just incredible. There are a few things that would need upgraded in the kitchen but overall it did not have any negative impact on our stay there. It is in a great location with beaches within a 5-10 min walking distance and a convenience store right around the corner. If we ever go back to Colonia Sant Jordi we would definitely stay there again. Lovely, peaceful area. :)

An und fĂŒr sich gute Lage. Der Vermieter kam zur Apartment-Übergabe eine halbe Stunde zu spĂ€t. Apartment hĂ€lt, was es verspricht, Sauberkeit und Zustand ertrĂ€glich. Allerdings haben wir am letzten Abend eine Kakerlake gefunden, woher die kam, wissen wir nicht.

The people (Alvaro and Maria) were very nice but the apartment smelled like mold very badly! We were staying in one apartment and the mold was so bad so we moved.. which they were very helpful about. Once we moved the next apartment smelled even worst. I kept sneezing and kept not being able to sleep because of the mold smell and stuffiness. In the kitchen all of the plates and pots/pans had dirt/ food still on it. The shower curtain had mold and the toilet wouldn't stop running water. The table in the new apartment was dusty also. If you want an apartment and don't care about cleanliness or smell or the mold come stay here, but for me, I was so disgusted and the whole time I didn't even want to think about going to the apartment.

Nice specious apartments Jain is amazingly helpful and polite. A few problems with taps and a dodgy bed leg, but Juan tried his best and went beyond in helping with transport.
