I accidentally made it for the wrong day and didn't realize and realized till got in town. I could get my room changed they keeping my money. Never will spend money there again and I tried to get 300 out of the atm and it tried to charge $11.25. don't use their atm it charges based on how much you with draw.

I was not able to see the breakfast because I over slept but If breakfast schedule could please be mentioned at the time of check in that would be amazing

The room and toilet are not that clean and mirror is broken. You can even smell marijuana in the hallway

First of all I appreciated that they allowed me to check in with a photo of my passport as I had lost my wallet. They also accepted $100 as a cash deposit As I have no credit cards on me. Now for the rest. This is the hotel room I would pay $60 for. Not 120 which is what it cost me.. The sink for the bathroom had barely a trickle of water coming out of it. When I went to use the shower, The handle was janky and almost fell off in my hand. When I went to use the toilet paper, I pulled on the paper and the roll holder just collapsed and the roll fell on the ground. There were holes in the wall above the TV from a previous television installation. It seems crazy to me cuz it's literally a 20-minute fix. The swimming pool water was pretty dirty and cloudy. I didn't consider going in at all. The Continental breakfast was good, and surprisingly, The coffee was pretty good. As far as the staff goes. They were extremely friendly and helpful when I was trying to book the room. When I arrived, I didn't get that sam feeeling at all. I arrived early for check-in, and my room was not yet ready. I asked them if I could wait in the lobby. They told me no I must wait outside in the heat. This is definitely not a hotel that provides service with a smile. They seem pretty pissed off. And I don't know why. Oh and the other thing that got me, was the light they put outside on the walkway. It is so bright, it bleeds through the shutters even when they are closed. Makes it hard to get to sleep.
