“Location is excellent. This unit is tore up. They boast a security deposit but they aren’t using it to maintain. The rooms smelled of cigarettes and could use an airing out. Slept ok but only because I had earplugs- neighbors were loud and partying. Didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the couch… but excellent location. Glad it was only one night.”

“Our stay at The Cove was smooth and easy to check-in. The room itself I would say definitely didn’t look like the photos they use but was decent enough for a place to rest and in an area convenient to shop and drop things off in-between. Room gets quite hot even with a/c on and outside construction/ crowd noise can be disturbing at times. Located conveniently near the metro and many other shops such as vintage stores, cafes, bars and restaurants. We didn’t use the in unit washer and dryer but...

“Nous avons fait la réservation à 5 heures et ensuite ils m'ont dit que je devais faire le check-in à 4 heures, nous sommes arrivés et il n'y avait personne à la réception, et ils disent que la réception est 24h ce qui est un mensonge car personne ne nous a reçus, le code de sécurité pour la porte était le mauvais et donc nous n'avons pas pu entrer dans la chambre, nous avons dû chercher un autre endroit, j'ai composé le téléphone plusieurs fois et personne n'a répondu, parce que je ne pouvais...

“Good location”

“Large, sparsely furnished apartment with comfortable beds, grimy plates and mugs, washer and dryer in the bathroom, nice big bathtub, balcony and a fire escape and good view of the street below. Painted an ugly beige. Could be improved by a few colorful pillows and better art. Stairwell dirty. But solid, nice old building. Was a snafu with them not sending the door code until asked a second time, but then they sent it. Best deal for staying in the neighborhood we wanted to stay in.”

“Absolutely beautiful! There is so much space in the room and you are given a whole kitchen too. It really does feel like you are at home when you are there! And the price, so amazing. Best place I've stayed in by far! However, do not get lost! The hotel is allocated upstairs which means you have to go up the stairs with your luggage and then type in the code.”
