Es un hotel muy viejo. Pero esta en una buena zona, si estas de suerte no veraz cucarachas, y ña terraza tiene 5 sillas voejas de asoliadores que a nadie le dan ganas de estar ahy, para hawai es barato pero no esperes mucho, por el parqueo del carro debes pagar 45 por noche.

Pro: The breakfast is delicious, and the location is very good, close to everything. The valet boys and the ladies at breakfast are very attentive. The lady and the young guy at front desk are nice. Sorry, don’t remember the names. The older guy at front desk one day was happy and the next was probably having a very bad day. Cons: it looks like a motel, halls and elevators need improvement, it is too expensive for what it really is. I had to ask for bath towels twice, one day one of the clean towel has a big stain, and the other time they left one towel and we were 2 people. The first time the guy that brought us the towel seemed to be bothered by it. He almost threw the towel at me at the room door. The pool is a joke! Very small and completely in the shade, looks more like the waiting pools you find in the cruise ships. No shower in the pool. There was one night that 1 family with just a few kids filled the pool and nobody else could go in. It is tiny!!! Some of the rooms have balcony, the other rooms have windows that do not open at all. There are many beautiful hotels in Waikiki for the same price. If you find the best price ever and have to stay at this place try to get balcony and breakfast included, Otherwise please try to stay somewhere else.

Not a clean hotel, bedroom was really run down. Curtains were torn and taped with duct tape. Fast find wrappers were still behind the side table from previous occupants. Main area , like lobby was clean. Towels were clean . Bathroom was very dirty and you could see new caulkings over old moldy ones. Carpet smelled so bad.

The security was ok. It was a heavy set staff member at the front desk that had no answers every time I went to ask a question and was very rude. Parking was HORRIBLE. The room was EXTREMELY dirty. It was black mold in the shower head, dirty dishes, moldy smelling blankets and dirt spots everywhere with old food. I went to the front desk and the gentleman said it was nothing he can do. The cherry on top, I had to pay a 300$ cleaning fee.
