room was so hot place was scary at night. dark to room and not a good area

Was iffy about check in being at 4 pm, however the staff was AMAZING. They had a newer girl working (Gabrielle) and she was doing fantastic, kudos to her she was able to get me in earlier and was super friendly and made us feel at home! 10/10 rooms were clean and neat, super good location near the beach, everyone was friendly! Will definitely go through Stay next time i’m in the area!

The hotel was a great, we had a beautiful view staff was amazing and super nice and the valet men were also very nice and suggested many good eats and beach’s. The hotel show Auana it was beautiful a must see a lot of guest told us it was a newer version. Hotel was across from the beach the pool was good for its size and we went in once but the beach was always the better choice. The pool place was great for kids and families. The cafe there was amazing staff so chill and nice my husband and I will definitely be coming back.

It’s a great hotel if you plan on exploring the island and being close to the waves. We don’t have small children. But they have an activity almost everyday. We didn’t partake in. The restaurant on the rooftop is not affiliated with them. And the new resident on the bottom that serves hotdogs is really good. We utilize them often. They have a hotdog window, but they also have a sitdown restaurant with pretty decent food.

Loved the location and the restaurants.. very comfortable beds nice view from partial view room. Very clean. Rooms were a little smaller than they appear on line but they were very nice
