I paid to Merchant room rate is so much higher than hotel rate. Room facility very old and spoiled aircon and need to shift room middle of the night.hard to get car park around, cause us paid parking penalty rm150. Unclear TV channel. Not worthy to paid for RM260 pernight!!! Very disappointed!
