“The hotel is old but reasonable maintained. However the bath area is in urgent need for refurbishment/renovation - hand bidet holder is loose, WC takes ages to refill after a flush. For a claimed 5-star hotel: one will be hard-pressed to find toilet tissue that is any thinner, only 1 tissue box, the mattress is old and sunken giving poor back support, TV only 40-inch. One plus point is that their electrical switch controls have been wired well, unlike some hotels where it is totally confusing.”

“Tienen iban piscina hermosa (probablemente el punto mas fuerte del hotel). El staff es muy amable y profesional. No nos gusto el hecho de que el baño (toilet) estuviera en un espacio abierto e integrado al resto de la habitación. Es un muy buen hotel para viajes de negocios o usar KK como base para otras actividades. ”

“The room was very shadow, old and I would say dirty. Was on -1 floor (maybe I was unlucky to be assigned this Room). Bad experience for the room. Location is good, also the pool. ”
