“Fue un hotel de lujo. Hoy no sé qué pasó. El SPA cerrado, apenas un restaurante con lo básico, desayuno mejorable. Es un lugar de paso. Las habitaciones son muy buenas. Apenas recomiendo para dormir y salir (y para eso es caro)”

“Unfortunately, our stay from 25–26 was a very disappointing experience. * The night before, a receptionist told us they would try to have one of the rooms ready by 11 AM, without mentioning any fee. When we arrived, we were suddenly told that early check-in would cost €60, although the room had already been paid for. * We left our luggage and went out, but had to handle it ourselves as there was no porter available. * We returned at 2 PM. The receptionist took our passports and told us to wait...
