I had an issue with my reservation. I had originally booked for 2 nights, plans changed. I only stayed one night. upon checking out, I wasn't given a receipt. I was referred to Hotels.com. I have been with Hotels.com for years and this is the first time this has happened to me. Third party booking does not will not work for me. If I am paying for my accommodation, I should have been able to receive a receipt for the time I actually was there. I was told I would receive an email receipt. I have not received anything. I don't care for this policy at all !!!

Family and Friends Stay!!

The staff service was exceptional and was the best part of stay at this hotel. The shower was not functioning and no one was available to repair the shower. We had to take baths and that was comfortable with such a small tub. The breakfast was great on our second morning at the hotel.

Well when I got there the system was down so the $336.00 I paid I didn’t get the room I paid for. I got put in someone else’s room before they arrived and when I checked out Sunday it had the guys card on the receipt so that was just unprofessional all weekend and I just want a total 336$ refund that was not it and if I need to send a picture of the receipt I will

Should have been told

Elevator was down right scary. Made ungodly noises. Sounding like it was about to break loose. Pool was closed and green water. Was not posted pool was closed. Staff pleasant and room was cleaned!
