Great location for airport travel and well maintained and free parking

I would live a vanity kit (qtip, cotton balls, make up remover)

Very touristy. Breakfast - not great, noisy, metal chairs scraping constantly against tile floors is not music to my ears first thing in the morning. Scolded for attempting to bring a cup of coffee to my room. Staff seem ready to overreact and escalate for bring a cup out of the dining area. “NOT HYGIENIC!” Ridiculous. The “commissary” is no better. I asked to borrow the bottle opener and the woman working told me I had to buy one! A bottle opener. Staff seem unhappy and willing to die on a hill for whatever cause they’re put in charge of.

We loved this hotel! The third floor outdoor patio was so relaxing, and the drinks were fantastic.

The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience at the front desk was less welcoming. While the staff member was professional and completed the check-in process efficiently, there was little effort to make us feel genuinely welcomed. In the hospitality industry, creating a warm and inviting first impression is important and can significantly enhance the guest experience. We also found the two complimentary drink tickets to be disappointing. When we went to the bar, we were told to find a seat and wait for service. We waited patiently but it seemed as though we were being overlooked, which made the experience feel uncomfortable. In addition, the tickets could only be used for a limited selection of drinks, but this was not clearly explained beforehand. After eventually receiving our drinks, we chose to return to our room.

Only issue was that the area right around the hotel was a little rough (very close to the Tenderloin) …but a block away, things greatly improved! Highly recommend staying here !

Beautiful stay. Highly recommend if you are looking for a low key weekend and way to unplug. The property is small but very beautiful.

Stunning resort, beautiful spaces and very comfortable room! It’s a little out of the way from Napa but a very lovely place overall!
