The stay was fine. Everything felt a bit old and dirty. I don’t think I’d stay again if in the area. For the price I guess it’s what one would expect. The staff was nice so that’s good.

The rooms were clean and had been updated with some exceptions. The drain plug in my sink didn’t work, and there’s a busted tile on the floor in the bathroom that is loose but overall, for the money, this place was all right.

Staff when entering was very nice and we had an interesting conversation. The room was recently remodeled which is great but have to tell you the bed was very uncomfortable and if remodeling I would have changed out the mattress in the rooms. The price point was perfect for what we needed as we visited family from out of town.

All around nasty

Found blood stain and other stains on mattress in the first room. Went down stairs and asked for another room. Front desk attendant got upset. Second room still nasty. Unable to get a refund for not staying a second night. Seemed to be a problem for asking for more towels. This experience has made me lose trust in motel 6. Will NEVER go back to another motel 6 again.

You get what you pay for

The staff was friendly and accommodating. However it looks like they might be living there along with others which is fine except when I’m on vacation I don’t want to walk around someone’s house plants/trash on the balcony nor do I want to come in to people grilling in the parking lot. My dog who is terrified of fireworks had to endure 3 hours of fireworks being shot from the balcony and parking lot. It’s a motel 6 so we didn’t expect much but it was all that was left on 4th of July weekend. If people are going to live there they should put traveling guests on one side and let the people who live there stay on the other side. The pillows are very uncomfortable and the bed had a sheet and very paper thin blanket. You could see through it. The people who work there were nice and we didn’t have any issues with check in our out. The room was clean enough but it’s kinda of run down so I’m sure the staff does the best they can. Parking is good if you have a boat which is why we came to the area so we could fish. AC was cold and everything worked. Looks like the staff does a good job but I’d rather not book a hotel where people are living full time.

First off they advertised having a free breakfast you get there and they tell you it’s just coffee, the rooms looked like crap and the mattresses were old and worn out
