This time our visit was especially good, largely in part because the staff on Reception were so courteous, welcoming and efficient. “Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room, Toilet and shower very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was always replenished. The fan system air and refrigeration from the kitchen in the Beefeater was very loud especially at 05:30 AM. All in all I can recommend this hotel. 8 minutes with a Taxi to the train station.”

“Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. ”
