“I have to admit that, in my case, I didn’t enjoy at all. Staff is so inflexible, I was in a business trip. Impossible to get a cold sandwich after 9pm (arrived at 9:07) no other options in town except an Indian. The hotel is pet friendly which I like but for the rest not an option for me. A pity because I was expecting something different. The rooms are fine but too many steps and a bit caotic ”

“Très pratique à 10 min du centre de York à pieds. Hôtel immense, mais service impeccable, petit déjeuner complet. Pour se garer, demander le QR code pour le parking près de Starbucks à 5 min à pieds. Beaucoup moins cher que celui de l'hôtel. ”
