Schweiggers Vacations

Check-in was very poor. I was in line with just 3 parties ahead of me. It took 1 hour. The 2 employees took over 30 minutes with 3 of parties. I think they were selling. The decision to have those employees sell vs just check-in is not good. The new rooms were great.

Our room was gross. Particularly our bathroom. There were hairs in the sink and shower. There was 1 towel and it was used. The floor and counter was stained and dirty and my shoe stuck to the floor. Called to have them clean. They did the most basic cleaning. Gave us towels, cleaned the sink and shower, but left the dirty floor and surfaces. I had mentioned the whole of the room could use a cleaning. They didn't clean it. Upon check out the front desk manager gave me 1 day of resort fees as an apology. I wanted my stay comped, but chose not to this time. I won't stay there again.

Hotel was definitely dated. The bed was one of the worst I have slept in. It was so soft we were sinking. I reserved one night on our way to Zion National Park. Honestly would not stay there again. Would try somewhere else.
