“We loved Cozy place”

“The Woodleigh was a very nice find for us. It is small and was ideal for our one night stay in Blackpool. Our room, on the first floor was small, with a comfortable double bed and the en-suite bathrooom, although small, was spotlessly clean. Parking outside is hit and miss, but we were lucky and were able to park right outside. While we were there, the proprietor was unable to provide a breakfast, cooked on the premises because the facilities had not been finished yet. It was not a problem for...

“I wanted a proper British b n b abd this ticked all the boxes It was located just a short walk to the tram It had street parking The room was small but it was all we needed just a place to sleep and shower The owners were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic so much choice If you want a true British b n b this is your place”

“Fraser was excellent from the moment arrived the property is clean and tidy, it was well located and has just been taken over recently. You can see the effort that's being put in by the whole team. We did manage to grab a pizza on the 2nd night and it was the tastiest I've had in a long time well worth the little wait we had. Despite England playing on the evening and the pub being full the noise was really not to bad in our room. Our room was spacious, tidy, clean and had everything we could...

“Very beautiful and well maintained with love, very kind people who left us our privacy which I find an essential. Superb stay.”

“Easy access with parking available at a small charge. Friendly hosts. Very clean throughout. Breakfast was delicious & bar is well stocked for a quick drink before heading out.”

“Absolutely fantastic blackpool hotel. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good quality and the hosts really care about your stay. Best break we have had in Blackpool. A little further to travel being in the North Shore area but so worth the effort in terms of quality and experience. Highly recommended.”

“Good location and a fridge and microwave in room. Bathroom was modern as was room and furnishings. Unfortunately no milks or coffees provided. The mugs were not particularly clean. The shower gel needed to be refilled. Small things but a bit of a pain! Hence the lower score.”
