“The room was fine but we had a problem with water leaking through the ceiling. It happened twice while we where there. The first time I called them to tell them what happened and they came to sort it out; but when I called the second time, they didn’t come to apologise for it or to see if we need needed anything. They should have checked if we needed something or how bad it was. Really disappointed in that aspect.”

“Really close to everything, we stayed on a Sunday night on the ground floor and there was no noise. Underfloor heating was a great surprise! only thing that we’d change is the “dress” in the room looked very old - perhaps if the costumes were newer we would have tried them on. However it did fit the theme! Lovely room for a short unique stay.”
