“First impressions of the hotel were excellent and overall it is a lovely place with generally attentive staff. All was going well and the receptionist said that we were lucky as our room was air conditioned, while others were not. “Good, secure parking behind the hotel. Located in a lovely old part of the city and near all shops and attractions. Breakfast excellent, with a great selection of options.”

“The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked.”

“Anna and Ian were fantastic hosts. Nothing absolutely Nothing was too much for them. Breakfast continental was gorgeous. Those homemade oatcakes we're so tasty!. The whole house is like a beautiful museum. So many quirky bits and Bob's. The room a spacious amazingly quiet at night for a great night's sleep in such a comfortable bed. If we're ever in Lincoln, this is the place to go again. Many thanks”
