Vacations Close To Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site

The room was dirty (bathroom) and the beds were a mess like a child made it. The receptionist was helpful so she gave us another room, which also was a mess, so she gave me another room, which finally was decent, but overall I did not like the hotel.

The staff..all of them from front desk to door and valet staff were amazing. I don’t believe I have ever stayed in a hotel where the entire staff was as engaged and friendly. They seemed to genuinely want to make our stay the best ever and all of them gave the air of people who love what they do. One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! I highly recommend this hotel both for the great location but even more for the extraordinary staff!!

My stay at the Atlas was nothing less than amazing. From the moment of arrival until departure the staff and ambiance were perfect. They made my puppy and I as a young female traveler feel welcomed, safe and fulfilled. We stayed one day and night and cannot wait to visit again, as well as share with others who are visiting the beautiful city of Boston.

Front desk help was great, but when I book a hotel and are charged for amenities and then I can’t use the hotel pool for a private party I should be refunded for those amenities. The hotel was ok, but it had room doors that were not flush with entry (spaces at top and bottom) bathroom door was wonky. And overall outdated.

Encore was 💯% the top Notch property white glove service booking our next trip for September just left August 9-12 Staff was 1000 star service no complaints at all best resort in the north east
