“We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. Highly recommend this...

“The owner and his family are soectacular. Their kindness, friendliness, and help. I can not say enough good about them. Is the hotel an aging beuty. Yes. But the love and care more than make up for drapes that are a bit dated. The room was a one bedroom apartment with a front balcony and back terrace(sea view). Patking is easy. Lots of restaurants to choose from, including the hotel. I look forward to returning(many times)and bringing friends and family. For me, it was that special.”

“Maria was truly incredible. Nothing was an issue and I really appreciated her hospitality, especially as a young woman travelling on her own. I felt really safe. I had a late transfer following check out but Maria was more than happy for me to use the pool and bathroom while I waited following check out, which I really appreciated. The rooms are gorgeous and has great air conditioning. The breakfast in the morning that Maria prepared was delicious and the pool was always quiet. Perfect stay.”
