“The room was clean and had beautiful views, the staff were helpful and mostly friendly! The included breakfast was not very impressive and the amount of birds flying around you while you are trying to eat your food or the birds eating off things at the buffet was not great. “Great vacation with excellent location, staff, activities and food. The rooms without air-conditioning were a bit uncomfortable at times during peak October heat indexes ranging up to 100 F during the day so consider aiming for a room with air conditioning if travelling during hot and humid months. Would recommend and will even try to return at some point!”

“Jade Mountain greatly exceeded all of my expectations. I enjoy the quiet environment as well as the cleanliness of the property. My Major Domos were always available to escort me throughout the property as well as provide assistance to things I asked for. Everyone is a true professional and the dinner I had last night (Rainbow fish or something like that) was so good that I ordered a second slice of fish. Hopefully, I'm able to return to the property in the near future.”
