Vacations Close To Donkey Sanctuary

House of Mosaic is a one of a kind hotel.On our arrival at the front door, we were warmly greeted by Fernando, who is the owner of the property. He showed us to our room which happened to be the honeymoon suite. He gave us a tour of the room and explained how everything worked and answered all questions we had. Showed us where extra supplies were kept in case we needed them. He even offered us the use of two beach chairs for when we went to the beach. He also had prepared a light meal for us consisting of local food and sat with us at the bar gave us tips on how to get around the island. He was very friendly and showed a great interest in our stories of where we live in Canada and how we moved there from our birthplace. He then gave us a tour of the house and the gardens ect. He was genuinely pleased to welcome us as guests in his home, and we felt like we were staying with family and friends. I would recommend House of Mosaic if you’re looking for something different from the regular hotels.

Everything was clean, good customer service and good food.

The Riu Palace was recently renovated and just opened a week before we arrived. Everything was in perfect shape. The amenities were great.

I got an all -inclusive package at Divi, and it did not disappointment! The options were great. We enjoyed having breakfast every morning at Sea Breeze, usually sitting outside to enjoy the fresh air and hear the beach right near us. The resort was conveniently located about 15 mins drive from the main strip, so it was easy to go on our outings when we weren’t enjoying the pool / out to our pre-booked excursions. We got a suite with a balcony, it was spacious and had a full kitchen— the best thing also was the washer and dryer! I have a toddler and since we were always in and out of the water, it was so convenient to be able to wash our clothes after our outings. The balcony view was also really nice, we could see a glimpse of the ocean, and had a pond & pools right in front. The restaurants were very pretty, having a lot of cute paintings on the walls. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant “Windows in Aruba”. The staff were very kind. Everyone always greeted you with a smile and “good morning” or “how are you doing”. It was also extremely convenient to be picked up and dropped up by golf carts when we had to go from point A to B. Devon was one of the drivers who gave exclusive care to my family. I loved that he remembered my son’s name after only the first day. I also really appreciated Louisiana at the Pool Bar for consistently taking care of me and my friends when it came to food & drinks, and also just being a cool person to talk to. The money was

Beware of Hyatt timeshare salemans waiting for you at check-in. They make it seem as if this is part of the check-in process. When in actuality they're trying to get you to commit to sitting in a timeshare presentation, this is not a good way to start a vacation.

The location was safe to walk around and easy to get around on foot or public transportation.
