Vacations Close To Blue Parrotfish Water Park

I wish they had more counter space in the kitchen, a cup in the bathroom to rinse your mouth, paper towels, softer toilet paper, face cloths, better spatula, it was shedding plastic, dogs nearby were barking every night for long periods of time. We were told to put the vent stove on every time we cooked to not set the fire alarm but other people in the hotel were forgetting so we had 3 alarms during our stay that occurred early morning. The staff was very nice and polite and very helpful.

My wife and I recently stayed at RIU Palace Antillas, and it was one of the most enjoyable vacations we've ever taken. The beach is stunning, and the food and amenities were excellent. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. On the day we arrived, I accidentally left my phone on the airport transfer bus. I was very concerned, but Mio, the bellhop, and Angelia at the front desk immediately reassured me that it would be returned. Their confidence put me at ease, and within about twenty minutes, my phone was back in my hands. Their professionalism and concern left a lasting impression from the start. Mio was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Angelia provided excellent customer service and made every interaction pleasant and effortless. We would also like to recognize Jah, our hostess and assistant server. She was warm, energetic, and caring. Every time we saw her, she greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. More than that, Jah treated us as friends rather than customers, making every interaction feel genuine and personal. Her attentiveness and positive attitude made every meal even more enjoyable. The entire team at RIU Palace Antillas deserves recognition for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to Mio, Angelia, Jah, and the entire staff for making our vacation so memorable. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Aruba.

Hosts, villa, hospitality, attention to questions, maintenance, communication, amenities, prompt response immediately after booking, sight seeing suggestions— all excellent!!!! I highly recommend this villa to anyone, especially couples. Privacy was perfect for our honeymoon. Loved it!!!!

I dont even know where to start. I had such a wonderful time at this resort. The pools are fantastic the food is very good. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Ots so peaceful and beautiful I was so sad to leave. Staff members jarule Gregory Robert Michael all went above and beyond with a smile on there face. I loved secrets and I will be back!

Food& shuttle carts are the absolute best. bartenders are super friendly. The pools are comfortable and big. The hotel is a bit dated but you are rarely in the room that it really doesn’t matter. Stay away from the timeshare selling people, they will take 2 1/2hours of your vacation time that you cannot get back. Otherwise this is a good hotel with beautiful grounds and good pool. 8/10 recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cove! The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach, with lots of great restaurants and amenities nearby. Everything was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We will definitely stay here again!
