“We booked a delux bungalow since we has two adults traveling. That “delux bungalow” turned out to an apartment away from the main hotel with no access to services. Eventually we had this changed locally at the hotel to two single rooms at an extra charge - these were in the main hotel facility but partly defeated the purpose since the two co travelers ended up in separate rooms. “If I could give this 0 stars I would. The room was dirty, the sheets and towels were dirty. The bathroom was dated and dirty. The fridge was rusty. The windows didn’t shut properly so the mosquitos got in and we were woken in the night by what sounded like someone retching outside. We stayed one night because we had to and left early the next morning.”
