Property needs an update , is such a beautiful space but need maintenance. Bathroom floor was broken and roaches kept coming in through the gap on the front door. Everyone was really nice and helpful. There was weed growing by the door to the room. Garbage was around , light was down the place .

Clean room, staff delightful, very good breakfast that includes protein and fruit. We did not need to use air conditioning and had windows open which was lovely.The garden setting by the river was really nice and relaxing.I wanted to stay longer. We’ll be back.

The place is great for the price and area. The property is an older one but the rooms are clean. The staff are great once again this is a big property in a smaller town. The views are amazing , the restaurant overlooking the river . I have stayed here before and everything was great like my last stay. Please understand this is an older property so don’t expect conditions of a brand new hotel. Breakfast was buffet style, traditional Dominican food with a variety of breads and fruits. Will visit again!

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff's service; the two cleaning ladies and the young woman in the restaurant are very attentive. And the breakfast…Unfortunately, this hotel is not in a condition to host guests—it is falling apart. I stayed there for four nights with my husband and children, and we suffered in the heat because the air conditioning didn't work. The shower lacked sufficient water pressure, so we couldn't bathe properly; everything was broken or in disrepair. There is no phone to call if you need something; you have to wait until morning for a response via WhatsApp. One night we arrived at the hotel, and the room was full of water because the A/C was leaking and not working—a disaster. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Staff was very nice, breakfast was very good, AC and fan worked very nice, some bathroom conditions must be addressed and better seating should also be a priority as only two plastic chairs may not suffice for a stay. Other than that, a nice place to visit.

The resort has an amazing location with the river on the property and a nice pool, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms were in bad condition—shower doors falling, water leaking from the ceiling, and poor internet connection. We were told renovations are planned soon, and I hope this is true because the place has great potential and many activities in the area. I would recommend it once these issues are fixed

This property has amazing potential. I truly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was wonderful, but they have truly dropped the ball when it comes to maintenance and upgrades. This could be sold out spot if they invested in the upgrades.
