The hotel is beautiful with an amazing rooftoop that offers the perfect view of the Monumento. The staff members were extremely polite and acccomedating. I would definitley recommend this Hotel to friends and will be staying there next time I visit Santiago.

The hotel is fairly new, so everything in the facilities were in optimal conditions. The staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included, but they have a bar/restaurant on the rooftop next to the pool with an amazing view of the city and monument. Location is very centric and plenty of restaurants and shopping places in the area. Plenty of parking options if you have rental.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem. The room was outstanding, and the rooftop bar and restaurant were exceptional. The food — especially the meat — was absolutely fantastic. I have stayed at many five-star hotels, yet this three-star property surpasses many of them in terms of quality, comfort, and overall experience.

We had a great stay in this hotel, located perfectly central to Santiago monument, easily accessible from all over. Convenience is at the center of this stay. Staff was very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Only noting that housekeeping was slightly forgetful of a few amenities on our 4 day stay, however when made aware service was fast and friendly. Would like to see expresso and cappuccino options at breakfast and more fresh locally sourced food items, less processed items (cakes) Highly recommend this hotel, and would stay there again.
