No water at first then when we finally get water we had to turn on the hot water ourselves. The building is hard to find and looks unfinished on the outside. I don’t recommend for Americans or someone who cannot speak Spanish, communication was terrible. No places near by to eat, ghetto location.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here From the moment we arrived, this rental was a complete disappointment. No one was waiting for us when we got there, and the so-called “manager” didn’t even know we had a reservation that day. When we asked for clean towels, the ones provided were dirty and stained. The manager told us he was only responsible for handing over the keys and that all issues should go through the owner, who conveniently stopped responding the same day we checked in. We ended up having to buy our own towels. The listing is full of false advertising. There is no sofa bed as promised; instead, we were told to use the couches as beds, which is not the same thing. There is no fitness center, no garden, and the “parking” is so small you can’t even fit a car. There is no dryer—you have to hang clothes to dry. We never saw a fire extinguisher, which is a huge safety concern. Basic amenities were unreliable. We ran out of cooking propane and had to buy our own because the manager couldn’t help. The electricity went out multiple times, and there was no backup generator. On other days, there was no running water at all, so showers were impossible. Only two bedrooms had air conditioning; the third bedroom had none, and there was no AC in the living room or dining area, making the entire apartment unbearably hot.
