“Estuvimos en la habitación familiar para 4 y muy bien, con espacio suficiente. El desayuno bien también aunque se echaba de menos algo de mermelada. El servicio un poco lento pero majos. ”

“Bed was lovely and comfortable. Room was very nice. Struggling to get in and out of the shower. Staff on the whole were lovely but felt there was an atmosphere of discontentment amongst staff. Food expensive with service charge added without giving us the opportunity to say no. Rats running around the skip outside. Needs a general paint job outside. Leaving on a positive the breakfast was lovely.”

“We stayed here for one night on our way to Minehead and it was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised air-conditioned rooms. On arrival, we were greeted by a sign saying the hotel was under refurbishment and there was no air conditioning. This was never mentioned when we booked. In 28°C weather, the room was unbearably hot and the fan provided did very little. The smell of fresh paint throughout the hotel also gave me a...

“The room was ok, but very hot ane stuffy. There was a fan, but it didn't work very well at all. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great, the walls dirty with scuff marks.”
