“I booked this motel for the amenities: spa, pool, pond, but all I saw was broken down pool. As soon as I opened the door to rm 110 it stank of mildew. It was cold at night so tried the heat but it was not working! I asked for another room with heat but they were booked. They gave me a room heater and it worked well. Then I realized the following. My room was clean but in terrible shape: dark, no heat! First night was cold. Old A/C, which was using unsafe electrical strip. Sink hardly...

“El hotel hubiese sido mejor, o la estadía hubiese sido mejor, si hubiera "housekeeping" a diario. No había. No recogían el cuarto ni cambiaban las toallas. Estuvimos 3 noches. La segunda noche pedimos toallas limpias. El cuarto olía fuertemente a humedad. Sinceramente, el lugar estaba "overpriced" para lo que ofrecieron. Lo único bueno era su localización, a pasos de "downtown: Troy y fácila acceso en carro entrada y salida de Troy.”
