Room ws very clean, and the location was great. Didn't stop by, but the indoor and outdoor pools looked well-kept. The rooms were carpet which wasn't great, but they were spacious, and the balcony was nice to hang out in at night. If I return to Western Mass would look to come back here.

Great amenities like free psrking, free DVD rental, free laundry which were on every floor. Towels svailable at the pools, daily kid’s activities, free nightky movies and gameroom. There was a basketball or tennis court. Free extra room towels, coffee & paper goods. One indoor and one outdoor pool. Both large sized. Very timely, efficient, friendly msintenance man. Very friendly staff and private outdoor sitting area. Very pesceful & quiet rooms with in room jacuzzi.

Very family friendly and busy resort. The staff go above and beyond to be accommodating. A reasonable priced option for exploring the Berkshires. The concierge was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the area and its history. Note - some units are on the second floor and no elevators. They did offer to have staff help with baggage, etc.

I enjoy staying here . The front desk staff was very friendly . I like the hours of outdoor and indoor pool . My only complaints is the rooms are very very outdated and had to go to front desk every day because keys didnt work .
