It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow.

Staff were attentive and nice. It rained during our stay and when we got out of the taxi the receptionist ran to give us a umbrella. The room was quiet and clean. They give you bottled water which was a plus. Close to mercados and the zocalo which was a plus. Definitely will come again.

Clean modern hotel. Staff was attentive and helpful when needed. Location is awesome. Close to everything. Only issues with this hotel is the parking. There is no onsite parking and only small close parking venues. The one we used was about two blocks away. Good safe parking and polite attendants as well. However it was hot or miss if parking would be available and I assume plan B would be to loom for another local parking lot. Luckily there was parking when we needed it. Only other issue is there is no sofa or chair to lunge in. So you’re stuck in a bed the entire time. If parking and lack of sitting options is not an issue I highly recommend this place.
