Excelente servicio y amabilidad de todos los empleados del resort. Especialmente a las personas que hicieron que esta semana de vacaciones se sintiera como en familia (faltan muchas que también nos atendieron muy bien) : • Juan (carrito de golf) • Emmanuel, Manuel, Rosaura, Junior, Luis (entretenimiento, nos hicieron divertir mucho, son muyyyyyy amables) • Rodrigo Gutiérrez (Gerente A&B) porque tienee un maravilloso equipo comprometido como: • Marlenis (mesera Ola Lola) • Wilkin, Juan Antonio y Samir (bartender Ola Lola) • Mildred y Rafelin (Coffee One) • Jonathan, Domingo, Manuel, Dionisio, Elizabeth, Grisel, (Buffet) • Valeska, Antonio, Berta y José Miguel (Restaurante Amici) Son los mejores! Dios los bendiga🙏 Igualmente, quedamos preocupados porque en la oficina de atención al huésped nos informaron que en el hotel no hay servicio ni atención medica.... todo es excelente pero deben por favor pensar y tener en cuenta para el servicio de los huéspedes especialmente personas mayores. Por último, les recomendamos colocar barandas para que el acceso y movilización de adultos mayores o personas con alguna discapacidad de movilidad. It’s a bait and switch the address is not where the location is and the rooms shown are not available. It’s still under construction and has regular black outs. Next to a cemetery. Do not stay here pictures not as shown. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE BAIT AND SWITCH NOT AS ADVERTISE. And Expedia nor the hotel will compensate.

We were booked for 6 days, we checked in and checked out the next morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was awful and there were barely any amenities. Everything was dated, the t s did t work and the lights kept going off.
