Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but honestly, my group had fun because of US and the energy we brought, not because the resort provided enough entertainment. The Bash Tower room was nothing special, and I could have just kept the Trendy room. For a resort with this type of reputation, there definitely needs to be more entertainment and activities to keep the energy going. Also, be aware there is a $400 security deposit PER ROOM, which I found ridiculous. I’ve stayed at resorts in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica and never had to pay a security deposit like that. You aren’t just a basic hotel—you’re a resort, so act accordingly. The food was great, and that was definitely one of the highlights. Overall, we made the best of our trip and had a great time together, but as far as the resort itself goes, I’m not sure I would come back.

Es la segunda vez que regresamos a Haven y sin duda no decepcionó. El hotel nos encanta, y el staff es sin duda una maravilla. Atención al huésped es increíble. Pedro en el bar de la alberca vistas es el mejor bar tender. Su atención es inigualable. La playa tiene sargazo pero es imposible luchar contra la madre naturaleza. El hotel de tamaño es ideal y cuenta con una buena variedad de actividades, la comida está muy rica. Super recomendable!!
