The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to San Antonio. Mercedes the front desk supervisor always had a smile on her face and was happy to help. Harley and Aaliyah were also awesome! Kudos to having a great staff. There were others I interacted with but I didn't get their names. Great Staff!!

Employees were nice and accommodating how we the hotel itself was not good. Walls very thin and we could hear everything from outside and noise coming from hallways inside the room. Bed was not comfortable but room was clean. I definitely will not be staying here again.
