This place is amazing! It’s in a great area with plenty of shopping and dining nearby. The surroundings feel clean and safe, which made our stay even more comfortable. The beds are firm but very comfortable—I had no trouble falling asleep. Everything in the room was spotless, and the sheets and blankets were fresh and clean with no odors. The showers were relaxing, and the well-lit parking lot gave us peace of mind about our vehicle. The front desk staff were polite and professional during check-in, which made a great first impression. This will definitely be the only hotel we book when we’re in San Antonio!

The room was small for having a king bed in there so we felt cramped with our dog. The breakfast was decent. Hotel was close to shops & restaurants. Next time I would request 2 queen beds so we would hopefully get a more spacious room.
