One of our favorite places. It would have been great if they enforced the ‘adults only’ rule at the adult pool, but they didn’t this last time we were there. Overall, we had a good time and the food has definitely improved at La Cascada.

Although this is billed as a 'resort', it is far from the quality and attention to detail that you would find in a typical resort. The rooms are very outdated, in poor condition, and are not really clean. The grounds around each of the 10 buildings where the rooms are have not been landscaped in years. It is all dirt, dust, trash, and dilapidated siding that has not been painted in at least 10 years. Maid service does not exist, even when requested. The main building is okay, and the food is somewhat decent at the restaurant. This is NOT a resort. It is a Motel 6 with a clubhouse.

The room was horrible- as we walked in there was an old musky smell. The smell did not go away. They just mask it with air freshener, felt as if we were in an it felt as if we were in a old motel room, Our room was so outdated.- the toilet wobbled, everything in the restroom and room were outdated.

People were great, very friendly with the exception of the gift shop attendent. The waitresses at the restaurant was super attentive and friendly. The room was OK, bed was comfortable Room was very dark, and the bathroom was not the greatest.

The resort is beautiful, you will see the most beautiful views all around you. In the other hand, the rooms need a lot of work. They are very outdated. We found a couple insects inside our room. The pool and bar area are wonderful. The restaurant is great as well. This place is amazing they just need to work on their rooms to make them look more updated.
