The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable definitely a strong point. The shower pressure was also great, which I always appreciate. One downside was the curtains: they were extremely long and moved a lot at night, making the room feel stuffy. I ended up tying them together just to be comfortable. Breakfast was good, but the selection was limited, so don’t expect a wide variety. For short stays, housekeeping now requires guests to go to the front desk for fresh towels while placing used towels and trash outside the room for pickup. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s something to be aware of. The location was excellent and close to everything I needed, which made getting around easy. Check-in was smooth and efficient, though a slightly warmer, more welcoming attitude from staff would improve the experience. Overall, a good stay with a few small areas that could be improved.

A great value hotel. The property was very clean. I had a teen and a 10 yr old in tow. Would definitely stay here again. I made a mistake with my booking. The hotel was very helpful and resolved my issue beyond my expectations. Very grateful.

The property is good, the rooms are comfortable. But it is an old renovated property with poor finishes and the breakfast was not good, as in the batter was sour for the waffles and the food was greasy. But the price is great and the location was near the Witte museum which was the reason.

The front end staff was great. Housekeeping i asked for some sugar it took 3 hours to get it to me. The room had flying bugs n they said it was the rain. I could understand if the windows were open they were not. I did stay two night in two different rooms however the service night was a night mare. I had to check out bcuz of it. I did get a refund that still isn't in my account yet. But the overall stay sucked. Pick someplace else br u stay
